Every one of the people I interacted with at Preferred Moving deserves praise for their role in my move. The biggest compliment I can give them is that Preferred has the same type of integrity and attitude with which my Dad ran his printing company. I felt like I should apologize to Josh and Travis before they walked in the door. 😂 Bless their hearts, but they made it seem like "No problem" the whole time I saw them. I missed getting to say goodbye and thank you to them, because I was doing final paperwork in the apartment office. Anyhow, Henry, Shirley, and Cheryl did a lot to calm my nerves and fears. Josh and Traverse made us go smoothly. I truly appreciated that. It felt as though they all were professional, but as friendly as a friend of our family.

Our experience was excellent David and Drake arrived at our home a little after 9 in the morning and began work immediately moving the furniture and then the pre-boxes from the garage arrived at the new home and began unloading the truck and placed the boxes in the designated areas and set the furniture up in the correct rooms - completion time was a little after 1:00 pm - the guys were great - very professional and knowledgeable - one of the movers recommended we buy felt stick on for the legs of our furniture as to not scratch the hardwood floors - we were very applicative of this little bit of information. when reviewing the furniture and walls / flooring their wasn't a mark or scratch anywhere - I would highly recommend using this company. We were very pleased with their service.

Interstate move
This was a 2 day move. The company and its owner are very reputable and professional in my opinion. The timing was exactly as predicted. Everything was moved in short order with no damage. In fact, the packing they provided way exceeded our expectation. Great service. Great people.

Amazing Service!
From the beginning, dealing with the owner Henry, Deborah in the office, to the end with the movers Dominic and Antonio, everyone was so helpful and amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Pricing was much better than most and the service itself was great. I moved from Michigan to Indiana and this service made everything go so smoothly. I had lots of concerns, but they all helped ease them. Dominic and Antonio were so polite and professional during the moving process. Thank you again! Will definitely recommend Preferred to anyone I know!

The best experience I had last year period. I went through a big transition from selling my home, relocating and this experience was the best. Two humans stood out for me to be very happy and satisfied with the move. Debora Honaker who was the person who coordinated all the move and answered my questions during the estimation and execution phase. Mike Odell the driver who being a Navy Veteran I had respect for his service to nation and was meticulous in the execution of the move which was flawless end to end. And finally, I appreciated the integrity of the company in honoring my first estimate though they came back with a higher quote. The value of the quote was at the right level in my hour of need.
