Used Preferred on a move from Chesterfield to Grand Rapids . Crew showed up when they were supposed to. Loaded up an entire Semi.came at 9 am- finished up around 5- Came to Grand Rapids the next morning at 9- done by 3 ( one extra guy) No damage at either end. Started off seamless when Henry ( owner) came by with estimate- no low ball numbers. They provided us at no charge all the boxes we needed ( a lot) Ended seamless. This will be our last move, but highly,highly recommend Preferred

I needed a chest freezer & 3 window air conditioners moved out of a basement. After making several phones calls, Preferred Moving answered their phone & were ready to help. Very kind people. Two men came the next day. Removed items from basement & took them to a scrap yard. Very very nice people. Thank you Preferred Moving!

Jason has been great to work with. This is our second move with Preferred and both have been managed courteously, timely, professionally and economically. The lead crewman was the same on both and kept everyone hustling with a lot of good humor. And we have yet to find any damages. Great experience, highly recommend.
