I recently moved out of state and had a great experience with Preferred Moving and Storage. Justin went out of his way to fit me in for a quote and made several suggestions that would be beneficial to me. Dave, who was one of my movers, was a pleasant surprise and took care with my personal possessions as if they were his own. So far I am very pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness of Preferred. My furniture is being delivered today, fingers crossed, I will be pleasantly surprised upon its arrival at my new home!

We had a cash sale 10 day closing on our house that put my plans into a tale-spin. I had already set up a moving date that had to be changed with very little notice. Even though they were already booked, Justin Hillier was able to work me in. He was so accommodating and very thoughtful when putting together a price and solution for me. Justin was very professional when he came to the house to give me a proposal, more so than any of the other moving companies I looked at. I was very grateful he worked to accommodate me during a very stressful situation. It was wonderful to work with such a thoughtful sales person.

I have used many movers in my career and I have never encountered a company anywhere that provides the professional, timely service and attention to detail that I experience with Preferred Moving and Storage. Complete professionalism from the person who answers the phone, the warehouse personnel, the movers and billing. The movers are long term employees. In itself, that tells you a lot about the company where they work. Henry and Cheryl Cadle as owners are the best company that I deal with! If you dealing with any items of importance to you, you can rely upon Preferred Moving and Storage to get the job done right and to your complete satisfaction.

Scheduled a move and circumstances forced a date change. Preferred was very accommodating and managed the date change and the move in a very professional and caring manner. Debi B. arranged everything and Brian (the mover and his assistant) made everything happen quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this company they are very good and economical.

After holding a conversation with Justin about my future move. He assured me that all would be a smooth transition between 2 locations. He was right. Thank you well done. The guys that showed up did a complete walkthrough with me Very careful in handling all the furniture and boxes. Did not scratch a single wall. Well done for a 2 story home. When we got to the new house. They did another walkthrough and placed all furniture and boxes in the appropriate place. Thank you. Terrific experience from the beginning having Justin come to our house the first time for and estimate right thru to moving day. Great group of movers... Dave, Brian all were professional, courteous, prompt. Arrived on time jumped right in. When the move was complete I was asked to “ take a walk thru” to make sure I was satisfied and if not, they would try-arrange the furniture any way I wanted. Before they left 3 out of 4 shook all of our hands. Very impressed with the guys... Dave is hard working but also has a great sense of humor and it was refreshing for such a stressful day. Hired Preferred off of a post card sent to my home after listing it for sale. We had a great experience. The estimater was on time, pleasant and thorough. The 4 person crew arrived on time, took time to perp my home to protect the wood floors and were very careful moving items. We had no damage. The crew members were very pleasant and worked steady. I was initially concerned about the hourly rate, but the crew finished faster than estimated and cut my quoted cost. Overall, an excellent experience. Thanks to the crew!

I have moved quite a bit in my lifetime. By far this is the best moving company I have ever worked with. Very accommodating, punctual, polite and extremely hard working. The 3 young men worked extremely hard and we had zero damage. Prices were extremely fair and reasonable. I don't have any complaints. You cant go wrong with this company. They do exactly what they say they will and do it well. And Thank you Justin for taking such good care of us on such short notice!!!??????
