Shawn Cook, Relocation Consultant provided a full account of what to expect and how my concerns about 1. two location delivery in North Carolina 2. high value items-armoire, computer, photography equipment would be handled. Driver Mark Krantz and his crew(s) in Detroit & North Carolina were efficient and patient. Second delivery required transfer of items to smaller truck which in turn had to be secured from Penske truck rental. Very satisfied.
