From the on site estimate to the actual move yesterday, I couldn't be more pleased nor impressed. All Preferred Moving employees could not have been more helpful nor courteous at a very hectic time. My movers Bob and Roy worked so hard to make sure my belongings arrived 125 miles away in the same condition they left in. I truly highly recommend Preferred Moving for any type move you may need to do! What a hassle free experience!!
The move could not have gone smoother!
We used Preferred Moving & Storage when we moved our office a few weeks ago and it was great. The move could not have gone smoother. The men that they sent out were very pleasant to be around and very nice. They were also patient when we asked them to keep moving furniture around so we could figure out how we wanted it. Will definitely be using them again if we ever have to move our home or office. Thank you!

We recently moved a short distance in Macomb Twp. I would highly recommend Preferred Moving & Storage. My wife and I were very comfortable with the moving quote that we received (they actually came out and looked at our furnishings to give us a quote!) The quote that was given to us was very accurate to the actual amount of time spent on our move. Everyone was very responsive to our questions and emails. We has a team of 3 movers and they were all very helpful and professional.

I would highly recommend Preferred Moving. The entire process was handled very professionally, timely and the crew was friendly. There was one glitch, the wardrobes weren't on the truck so my clothing was wrapped in furniture pads. They still arrived clean and in good shape as did all the furniture.
I cannot BELIEVE how smooth the entire process went
I just recently completed a move with Preferred Moving from Michigan to Florida - and I cannot BELIEVE how smooth the entire process went! I was coming off a terrible experience with a different moving company and wished I knew about Preferred RIGHT off the bat! Their crew was incredibly professional, they worked us into the schedule quickly, they arrived when they promised, plus communicated efficiently and thoroughly for arrival and departure times. When they delivered our goods - our crew was super efficient, everything was handled with care and done quickly. I am SOOOO pleased with this service - I would absolutely recommend them again and again.

Working with Preferred Moving was more than a pleasant experience
We recently completed a move with Preferred, after having stored an apartments worth of furniture and other belongings with them for over a year. All of our items were well cared for…nothing was missing, broken, or damaged in storage or during the move itself. We are extremely pleased that we chose to work with this company. Arranging the move with Cheryl was simply and straightforward. The company thoroughly explained how the cost of the move would be calculated and stuck to the quote, which was very reasonable. We felt the movers, Bob and Zack, were superstars! They worked quickly and efficiently, even under extreme heat conditions. They were very accommodating and handled all of our belongings with care. Working with Preferred Moving was more than a pleasant experience and Bob and Zack made the day fun! We would highly recommend Preferred to family, friends, and anyone who like to have a stress-free move.
Professional and extremely helpful
I called many company's and found Preferred Moving to be the friendly-est. The staff who helped pack the house was professional and extremely helpful as were the movers both in moving out and moving into my new home. Fast, efficient and a great sense of humor as I had marked some of my boxes with "NO CLUE" at to what was in it.
