The move went very smooth and was done professionally by the four young men (whose names we didnt write down!) that did the job. The company should be very proud to have them as employees There was no damage to anything. They were so quick that it even saved us money on the fees. very good service .. They arrived exactly on time .. Very quite & efficient , I literally took a nap on the couch while they packed the whole room & didn't even hear a sound . All boxes are marked . I'm excited to open the boxes when I get to my new home

Excellent from the day I went to their office to check them out. Shawn Cook was so professional when he came to give a estimate. The company was so flexible when our move date had to be changed. The day of the move was so smooth , not stressful, the crew was so polite and helpful, on time.I did let Henry their boss know this. I would never use another company and have told my family and friends about them

After having completed a number of cross country moves over the years, you end up with a long list of things to worry about and a lot of trepidation when another one looms. Preferred Moving & Storage not only met our expectations -- they, by far, exceeded them! From the first inquiry phone call, through packing, loading, arrival, unloading and box and paper haul away, they were professional and clearly experts at what their business. For the first time ever, we do not have a claim to file post move! This is amazing. I have been, as you can probably tell, very very pleased.
